Club meeting 6/6 notes
some notes from the meeting...
Luciano Centofanti showed up with a 35mm camera and took pics of the bikes. He also took pics of us inside! What's awesome is they not only want to put pics of the bikes on their web site, but our club logo (still working with DOC on that!). Fortunately he took the pics after Ducati San Antonio staff arrived on some fine, new Ducati models (Panigale included).
Segueing from that Ducati San Antonio folks showed up for the meeting as well. This included Ignacio (Nacho), Ben, Carlos, Luis and Amanda. It was truly great to have them there as a handful of people were able to express their concerns and issues. There was good dialogue and Nacho I believe realized more fully the value of interacting in a different setting with his customers. He also learned that by us being at Cars & Coffee a new Ducati owner was created from that with the purchase of a Panigale...unfortunately not at DucSA though. Carlos stated he had been pushing for them to become more involved and I believe all in attendance were well pleased with their presence. Amanda even started 'working' on Frank and his wife on becoming new Ducati owners!
I've more details about the meeting, but I'm intentionally keeping this short. One last thing, for future club meetings we're going to try to stick to a more structured format. Dinner 7-8 then club members meet on the patio at 8 to discuss any club business. It's important for us to have open dialogue to help ensure we're all on the same page and everyone's thoughts and ideas are shared in order to make this club successful and appreciated by all!
