Supercorse Tires
Wanted to send out a quick post that San Antonio Powersports is running a good deal on Supercorse tires (for my 848) for $385 a set with taxes and delivery included. Call them at 210 637 0040 and ask for Brian, he was a super nice guy and awesome to work with. Plan on doing repeat business there if they continue to have deals like that. Most Supercorse tires I priced locally were upwards of $500. There may be others running similar specials but thought I would let everyone know. Thanks to Joey for passing me the info at the last club get together at Lucianos... already the club is literally paying off!!

Re: Supercorse Tires
Alright, just picked up the new skins today. Ready to roll... well almost. Thinking that if the miles keep going on the bike, I should just bite the bullet and get the socket for the back tire... that is unless... someone already has one! Anyways, just throwing it out there if anyone has one already for the 848... and if not, soon enough I will have one.

Re: Supercorse Tires
Where's SA powersports? And what is the socket you need? 2nd question is just cuz i'm ignan't and curious
Re: Supercorse Tires
I think the socket is like a 43 mm, but I am not sure. They are different from the 848 to the 1098 and 1198. Just been out of town for work lately and the tires are just sitting beside the bike now. The SA Powersports (Brian) is off 281 and Bitters area... 11515 Nacogdoches Road, San Antonio, TX 78217
(210) 637-0040... they are not a Ducati shop by any means, but good deals on tires and other merchandise to try.

Re: Supercorse Tires
I think SAG just found some Rosso Corse's for 285 as well... and Brian said that tires are cheaper now than they have been in years past. Strange, but maybe I should buy a back up set. If you are going to do the track days, I would stick with a top notch tire if you are getting aggressive in the corners... so I hope to hit some track days here and there... but I need to fit into my suit again! haha

Now I'm looking for some skins. What did you pay for yours. Might do a layaway deal. Seems to work best for me.

I have a set of dunlops in my garage that I won't be using anytime soon if anyone is looking for tires.
